You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and play on cas46. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed.
Each player is permitted exactly one account on cas46. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances forfeited in accordance with our anti-fraud policy.
All financial transactions must be conducted through payment methods registered in the player's own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific eligibility conditions. Attempting to exploit bonus structures through coordinated play or multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
cas46 is committed to responsible gaming. Players may set deposit limits, activate cooling-off periods, or request self-exclusion at any time. We reserve the right to enforce limits on accounts showing signs of problem gambling.
cas46 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Disputes are governed by applicable international gaming law.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

| "Real Money Balance" | Funds deposited directly by the Player, excluding Bonus Funds, and eligible for withdrawal subject to these Terms. |

Clause 2
By accessing, browsing, or using cas46 in any capacity — including but not limited to registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have already registered an Account, contact our support team to arrange account closure.

Clause 3
To register an Account and use the services offered by cas46, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:
cas46 operates on the basis that it is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice. Players are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel if they are uncertain about their local laws regarding online gaming.
Clause 4
To open an Account with cas46, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. Specifically, you agree to:
cas46 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation to your registered email address. Your Account is not considered active until this confirmation step is completed.
Security Notice: If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized access has occurred, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. cas46 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Clause 5
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and anti-money-laundering compliance, cas46 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal request may be processed. KYC may also be triggered at any point during a Player's lifecycle on the Platform if our compliance team identifies verification requirements.
Documents that may be required during KYC verification include, but are not limited to:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 calendar days of a withdrawal request being placed will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and returned to the Account Balance. Persistent failure to complete KYC may result in Account suspension. cas46 will process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days (WIB, UTC+7) upon receipt of all required documents.
Clause 6
cas46 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable minimum/maximum thresholds as published on the Platform at the time of transaction:
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposits are generally credited to a Player's Account balance within 1–5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. cas46 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider. Minimum deposit amounts and processing windows are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change with notice.
cas46 does not charge deposit transaction fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which remain the Player's responsibility.
Clause 7
Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions:
cas46 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that exhibit patterns inconsistent with normal player activity. During such review periods, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold. Players will be notified by email if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review.
Withdrawal requests that cannot be processed due to incorrect banking details provided by the Player will be returned to the Account Balance. cas46 accepts no liability for funds lost due to Player error in providing payment details.
Clause 8
cas46 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
cas46 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress for a Player at the time of cancellation will be honored.
Clause 9
All games available on cas46 are governed by the specific rules of each game as provided by the respective game supplier (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others). In the event of a conflict between a game supplier's rules and these Terms, the game supplier's rules take precedence with respect to that specific game's outcome.

All content on the cas46 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of cas46 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of cas46. Any unauthorized use of Platform content will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cas46 shall not be liable to any Player for:
In all cases where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, cas46's total aggregate liability to a Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 13
cas46's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
In summary, cas46 collects personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC obligations, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is stored using bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill our legal and operational obligations.
Clause 14
Either party may terminate a Player's Account at any time. Players wishing to close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (net of applicable bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion.

Clause 15
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cas46 holds its primary international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.
Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence. Indonesian Players retain all rights afforded to them under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.
Clause 16
cas46 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account before the effective date.
The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page reflects when the current version of the Terms was published. We encourage Players to review this page periodically.
